About
Who I am
I build backend systems and AI-powered products that replace manual work with something faster. At TomTom, I built an AI-powered Slack bot that triaged feedback for 2,000+ users and cut manual work by 80%, then owned the Developer Experience Demo system that ran live at CES 2025, getting promoted twice along the way. Right now I'm going deeper into AI agents and RAG, applying both hands-on into MatchBeforeApply, an open-source platform that scores CV-to-job fit before you apply.

Software Engineer
TomTom · Amsterdam
- Engineered and maintained the Developer Experience Demo project, showcasing TomTom’s navigation capabilities in demo vehicles for global events, including CES 2025.
- Built a dynamic web interface with Node.js and Flask to control live demo flows, integrated Map-Maker for real-time map style customization, and connected the in-house navigation app with vehicle systems for interactive presentations.
- Worked closely with design, marketing, engineering, and stakeholders to align the technical setup with the story TomTom wanted to tell during live showcases.
Software Engineer Intern

- Built and scaled an AI-powered Slack bot that automated internal feedback triage across multiple Slack channels. The bot categorized input from 2,000+ users, generated structured Jira tickets, and reduced manual triage work by 80%.
- Also contributed to AmiGO, TomTom’s navigation mobile app, by implementing features and fixing bugs in React Native with Redux-Saga.

- Designed and developed an iOS application for a startup, focused on helping parents discover and register for children’s activities and community events.
- Built core features including event tracking, event registration, calendar views, blog posts, photo galleries, and article viewing.
- Collaborated with the team to translate product ideas into mobile features and improve the user experience through iterative development.

Match Before Apply
A product I built to help candidates understand how well their CV matches a job description before applying. It analyzes CV-job fit, generates a match score, and gives ATS-focused improvement suggestions through a multi-agent AI workflow.
Feedback Bot
A Slack bot built to automate feedback management across multiple channels. It uses AI to categorize feedback, creates Jira tickets, and visualizes data with Grafana dashboards.
ADStore
A secondhand marketplace iOS app with real-time chat and listing functionality, powered by Firebase and GCP.
